DFM closes Monday’s session up; ADX down

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) levelled up by 10.40 points (0.31%) on Monday and ended the trading session in the green zone at 3,326.52 points.

A total of 70.16 million shares were traded at a value of AED 123.59 million.

Takaful Emarat – Insurance Company advanced the risers with 13.02%, while National General Insurance Company (NGI) was the top faller with 9.83%.

Ajman Bank was the most active stock in terms of trading volume and value with 23.03 million shares exchanged at AED 27.62 million.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the session lower by 0.55% at 10,245.37 points.

ADX's turnover amounted to AED 1.03 billion through the exchange of 167.99 million shares, while the market cap value reached AED 2.63 trillion.

Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAPCO) topped the gainers with 14.60%, whereas Al Khaleej Investment headed the decliners with 9.80%

International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 254.79 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 26.92 million shares.
